1) Sinus floor elevation (Caldwell Luc. approach).

2) lateral/vertical ridge augmentation 2ndquadrant: (GBR: 50% autogenous + 50% allograft + resorbable membrane).

3) simultaneous implant placement in the sites 24, 25, 26 according to the submerged approach.

Surgical procedures

1. Evaluation of bone topography: 22 cyst enucleation, palatal wall communication, internal wall Corticectomy/Piezo round tip; Apical cyst removal (extirpation).
2. Piezo-electric periotom/extraction head: Mid-crestal vertical cut: 21d—23m.
3. Ridge expansion using chisel and Summer’s Osteotomes: OST1, OST2, OST3; NO spiral/NO countersinking drill.
4. Marking the apex of the implant through the bony defect/ round; spiral bur to the maximum length (15mm)/cortical bone engagement.
5. Simultaneous implant placement in the site 12 according to the submerged approach.
6. Straumann implant BL CF L: 14.0mm SLAtive was inserted with Insertion Torque Value (ITV> 40NCm).
7. Lateral/vertical ridge augmentation of site 12: (GBR: 50% autogenous + 50% allograft + resorbable membrane).
8. Straumann Bone Ceramic (400-700um, 0.25g + Bio-Guide 25mm x 25mm).

Case #251 : Sinus Augmentation

Surgical procedures:

1) Intra-osseous sinus elevation: Successive Osteotomy (Summer Osteotome Technique; OST02, OST03, OST04 & OST05); Intra-osseous sinus augmentation (Bio-ceramic 500-1000µ).

2) Simultaneous implant placement 15: Astra ø5.0 mm H 9.0 mm ST was placed with the Insertion Torque Value (ITV> 70NCm).
