Diagnostic Clinical Presentation of Peri-implantitis:
Presence of visual peri‐implant signs of inflammation; presence of profuse bleeding/or suppuration on probing, increased probing depth; radiographic marginal bone loss.
Therapeutic procedure for Surgical debridement followed by regeneration of the peri-implant tissue:
Removal of the crown and the abutments; peri-implant surgical debridement combined with GBR to restore the peri-implant soft and hard tissue structure.
